Today I will:
"Live wisely among those who are not Christians, and make the most of every opportunity.” Colossians 4:5 (NLT)
Have you ever thought about entering the office where you work as a place where you plan to praise God, learn something new to apply to your pursuit of God, and touch others with His love?
Certainly we have heard that we should be living in God's presence more than just at our church services on Sundays, but how do we take being with God beyond our weekly worship? How do we experience Him at work when we are normally too busy to even remember we are Christians, let alone take a moment to stop and sing a song of praise to God?
Perhaps, however, singing and thanking God verbally are not the only ways to praise Him. In fact, Psalm 50:23 MSG says, "It's the praising life that honors me." As the old saying goes, "Actions speak louder than words." Can we praise God louder by walking in His ways Monday through Friday than we can by exclaiming the wonder of His ways with all our hearts Sunday mornings?
Some of the greatest opportunities to share our faith start with someone else coming up to us and saying, "You know, there is something different about you. What is it?" Praise God today by letting His love shine through you in everything that you do.
